Chicago has changed a lot since the first permanent resident Jean Baptiste Point du Sable settled in. Now it’s all technology and apartments. But before, the first settlers were traders and farmers. There were a bunch of events such as the Great Chicago Fire and our nation’s first skyscraper. And in 1943 Chicago’s first subway opened.
Good events to discuss, I'd love to hear more about them. Thank you for sharing your post this week.
